This hotel is an epitome of luxury at its finest. From the exclusive amenities to the private facilities, everything was top-notch. The room advantages were remarkable, and we were delighted with the beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony. The service was excellent, and the staff was always available to cater to our needs. The outdoor swimming pool and the sun terrace area were impressive, making our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
There is only one minor issue that we experienced during our stay, and that was with the spa area. The sauna was off, and there were some cleanliness concerns with the hot spring pool.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating during our stay. They were always willing to help and gave us great tips about the area. The food at the hotel was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The pool was also a great feature and added to our enjoyment of our stay.
The location of the hotel wasn't ideal for us as it was quite far from the main attractions of the city. Additionally, our room was noisy due to its proximity to the elevators. while we enjoyed some aspects of our stay, we wouldn't choose this hotel again due to these issues.

We loved the hotel facilities, particularly the hot spring and swimming pool. The executive suite we stayed in was spacious and had stunning lake views from its two large balconies. The helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable and we appreciated the exclusive location by the river in a peaceful area.

Loved the river view suite we booked for our romantic escape, the balcony was a perfect spot for lazy afternoons. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful during our stay. We appreciated the clean swimming pool and the proximity to the Qilou Snack Street for delicious local food.

The hotel is located in a nice exclusive area by the river, providing a great view. Although it's not within walking distance to Qilou food street or any malls, it's easy to catch a taxi. Rooms are big, clean and luxurious with spacious balconies. Breakfast offers an extensive selection of food, and there are hot springs and swimming pools, including 3 small hot spring pools in a nice exclusive area.
The concierge service could be better in meeting 5-star standards.
